We ship to over 60 countries using FedEx Global service. Should your country not be listed in the dropdown menu in our checkout, then we do not ship to your country at this time.
While we ship to 60+ countries, some countries have proven to be too challenging to ship to. These challenges include unreliable deliveries, long transit times, as well as challenges with local customs and duty.
Tracking emails are sent the moment a shipping label was printed for your order. However, tracking will not work until the shipping carrier (FedEx or USPS) picks up your order. Typically this is done by 4PM PST Monday - Friday.
Customs and duties your country may collect are out of our control. While rare, we have seen that about 1 in 30 orders may be subject to customs charges. Customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are easy. Simply ship the item along with the invoice back to us and we will issue a refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please note that we can only accept returns for items that have not been worn and had been purchased within 30 days. We issue refunds every Friday. Therefore, you will receive a refund the Friday following the delivery of your return. We therefore recommend you save the tracking information of your return shipment.
Of course we want you to be 100% satisfied. We will gladly send a replacement right away at no additional cost to you. Please send us an email via our contact us form and upload an image of the damaged item so we have this for our records. We will then ship out the replacement within the next business day.

We do our best to represent colors as true as possible. We do take all our own photos and understand how important a correct color match is for many of our customers. However, colors can be displayed differently on different devices and screens. Should you not be happy with the color of an item you received then you can certainly return the item. If you do want our help to find a matching item to your color, then please include the fabric swatch you want us to match with your return and we will gladly email you some suggestions. While we do our best to represent the colors of our products as true as possible, we understand that different screens may display colors differently. Unfortunately this is out of our control. We accept all major credit cards for all online orders. For large bulk orders and custom ordering we also accept paypal or money wire. We do not accept Visa or Amex gift cards at this time.
We utilize 128-bit SSL certificates to keep your information safe and secure. Our website is certified secure by COMODO and Authorize.net. We do not store or save your credit card information and only use it to process your order. After your order has been processed, all credit card information is discarded.
There can be several reasons why a card was declined and your order therefore did not go through. We suggest trying a different card. Here are the most common reasons cards are declined:
- The card is no longer valid, Solution: re-enter card info or try different card
- You entered wrong info, Solution: please re-enter the CC info
- Card declined by bank, Solution: please contact your bank or try different card
You will be charged after you successfully placed an order.
Yes we do offer wholesale pricing for approved resellers. We also offer bulk discounts. Generally bulk discounts are available for orders over $500. To inquire on wholesale pricing and bulk discount codes, please contact us.
If you are looking to order 30+ of one item or your order is over $500 then please contact us here and we will gladly send you a discount code you can use on our website for your order. At this time we do not offer gift wrapping.
When an item is sold out, the restock date will be displayed on that product’s detail page. Should no restock date be displayed then there are no restock scheduled within the next 60 days. If you are looking to place a larger order for a product that is not available in the quantity you need, then we can certainly place a special order for you. We receive restock shipments almost on a weekly basis. If you need more of a particular time than what is currently in stock then please contact us and we will look into the next restock shipments and quantities.
