A Closer Look at Dried Lavender by J.CrewDried lavender by J.Crew is a new wedding color for 2013. Although J.Crew just added this hue to their collection, it is not a new color in the wedding world. It is in fact quite similar to David's Bridal's Iris color (although a tiny bit deeper in color). Please note that we at Bows-N-Ties were quite picky with our tie suggestions. Matching Inspiration to Suits & Shirts:Typically soft lavender colors are associated with spring and summer. This light pastel hue is always an excellent choice for spring and summer, but it can also be a perfect accent during the colder seasons. For the spring we especially like lavender colored ties with suits in light gray, tan, and seersucker. Choose light suit fabrics and subtle patterns to compliment the season.
